GRP® Workshop Program Testimonials

“At Novo Nordisk we place great emphasis on consistent, high quality development for our global Rewards professionals, and we were founders of the Total Rewards Academy GRP® Programme in 2018. We continue to use the programme as the foundation of Rewards education and certification for our teams worldwide, and commend it to you without reservation.”

Søren Dalsgård CCP® GRP®, Vice President & Head of International Reward at Novo Nordisk

“IKEA are founding sponsors of the Total Rewards Academy Programme, and we have acted as classroom hosts to participants from around the world here at IKEA HQ in Malmo over the last 3 years. The courses – and accompanying certification – provide us with a common learning platform for our Reward professional worldwide, and we continue to encourage our colleagues to participate alongside peers from other leading European companies.”

Konstantinos Karavidas, Global Rewards Leader at Ingka Group/IKEA

“The Total Rewards Academy has increased my understanding of all aspects of Rewards, and gave me the chance to study alongside colleagues from Scandinavian companies. It was a great confidence-building and networking experience, and I would recommend it to all Rewards specialists, at all levels, as a great way to get certification and to learn what other leading companies are doing.”

Paw Olsen GRP®, Senior C&B Specialist, Compensation & Benefits at Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals A/S

“During my time at LEO Pharma and Novo Nordisk I found The Total Rewards Academy an excellent way to learn and discuss the theories and practices of rewards with peers from different companies while getting the much sought after WorldatWork GRP® certification. It gives great insights to why certain approaches are favored over others, but also provides the opportunity to hear what other leading companies are doing and while doing so extending your professional network. I would recommend it for all who would love to get deeper into rewards theories and practices across all the professional levels.”

Sebastian Khalife-Jaeger GRP®, Senior Rewards Consultant at Mercer, Denmark

“I am very pleased that I was given the opportunity to participate in the Total Rewards Academy®, as it has been a great introduction to Total Rewards. I really appreciate the insights and learnings from the 3 weeks we had together.”
